A WINTER STORM WATCH has been issued for much of southern lower Michigan, including Ingham and Eaton counties.  A winter storm is expected to arrive late Thursday and blast the state's southern counties through Friday.  In preparation, Delta Airlines is throwing Friday travelers a bone!  The airline says you can cancel your trip at certain airports right now with no penalty, but rebooked travel must take place by February 12th.

Airports include Lansing's Capital Region International Airport and Flint's Bishop International Airport.
