There were no injuries after an elderly driver crashed her Jeep through the wall of Holt's Biggby last week, but the real damage may be the franchisee's reputation.  Numerous people who commented on a post shared from the WILX Facebook page about the crash, who have identified themselves as former employees of the Holt or Lansing South Cedar Biggby locations, which are apparently owned and operated by the same franchisee, aired a laundry list of complaints about his behavior and business practices, including some they claim were against the law.  Chelsea Newhouse shared the story and said "All I have to say is karma sure is a [radio edit]."

The franchisee has been identified in comments as Will Gross.  Gross' Holt location opened in 2008, according to information obtained on Biggby's website.  It was the second location for Gross.  Bob Fish is the founder of the Biggby Coffee chain, which began in 1995 as a single shop in East Lansing.
